Our 100% Model of Philanthropy

At Little Way Children’s Foundation, we believe generosity deserves clarity. That is why we operate under a 100% Model of Philanthropy, meaning 100% of public donations are directed to infrastructure projects—not administrative overhead. This commitment reflects both our Catholic faith and our responsibility to steward resources with integrity and discipline.

What the 100% Model Means

When a donor gives to Little Way, their contribution goes directly to the projects they intend to support—schools, housing, and career-building infrastructure that create lasting pathways out of poverty. Our operational costs—including administration, governance, planning, and development—are funded separately through designated partners, private benefactors, and strategic support. This structure allows us to honor donor intent while maintaining professional standards of excellence.

Two Funding Streams One Mission
Public donations fund mission projects, while dedicated partners support operations—ensuring full transparency.

We chose the 100% model for three reasons:

First, it reflects our Catholic values.
Catholic Social Teaching calls us to stewardship, accountability, and respect for human dignity. Donors are not simply funders—they are partners in mission. We believe their sacrifices should be treated with the same care and intentionality as the lives we serve.

Second, it builds trust and transparency.
In an increasingly skeptical philanthropic landscape, clarity matters. The 100% model removes ambiguity and assures donors that their generosity is fully deployed toward impact.

Third, it sharpens our discipline.
By separating operations from project funding, Little Way holds itself to higher internal accountability. Every initiative must be well-planned, sustainable, and worthy of investment—before a single public dollar is raised.
